Important Update: Planned My.Luda.Farm Services Downtime Postponed to End of July

We are keen to enhance the My.Luda.Farm app for our customers, a process that unfortunately requires temporary downtime.  

Please note that the planned work has been postponed and is now estimated to take place at the end of July 2024.  

Originally, the update was scheduled for the end of May 2024. However, the new planned date is the end of July 2024. During this time, we anticipate that the app will be unavailable for approximately 1-2 days, although this could extend slightly longer depending on the update process. Please be aware that you will not be able to use the app during this period. 

During the scheduled downtime, FenceAlarm and SmartPlug will be unavailable. However, the FarmCam Mobility S will remain accessible through the FarmCam 2.0 app, provided there is an active subscription with sufficient data to cover the period of the downtime. 

This update will affect all active subscriptions for the following products: FenceAlarm, SmartPlug, FarmCam Mobility, and FarmCam Mobility S. After the update has been completed, we advise you to check your subscription details to ensure correctness. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns about your subscriptions, please contact our support team at support@luda.farm. 

We will inform you promptly once a specific date for the downtime period is established.
