Important Update: Planned My.Luda.Farm Services Downtime to take place 5th of August

We are excited to enhance the My.Luda.Farm app for our customers. However, this process will require temporary downtime. Please note that the planned work has been rescheduled and is now set to take place on the 5th of August, 2024.

Initially, the update was scheduled for the end of July 2024, but the new planned date is the 5th of August, 2024. During this time, we anticipate that the app will be unavailable for approximately 1-2 days, although it could extend slightly longer depending on the update process. Please be aware that you will not be able to use the app during this period.

During the scheduled downtime, FenceAlarm and SmartPlug will be unavailable. However, the FarmCam Mobility S will remain accessible through the FarmCam 2.0 app, provided there is an active subscription with sufficient data to cover the period of the downtime. This update will affect all active subscriptions for the following products: FenceAlarm, SmartPlug, FarmCam Mobility, and FarmCam Mobility S. After the update is completed, we advise you to check your subscription details to ensure correctness. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns about your subscriptions, please contact our support team at support@luda.farm.
